All zoom classes will only be recorded with the clients consent and posted to socials only with the client’s consent.
Terms Of Service
No show clients will not be refunded money. ("No show", refers to customers who purchase a class booking but don't join the live class).
Cancellations for a booking must be done 24-hours prior to live sessions for refund.
Under the condition that an online live stream is affected by the streamers internet connection, affecting the viewers ability to engage in the provided Pilates class. Affected bookings will be rebooked to a later date.
